“Discover the Healing Oasis: Introducing Detox at The Farm at San Benito”

Introduction

I spent 3 Days and 2 Nights at The Farm at San Benito, a renowned holistic wellness resort located in the province of Batangas, Philippines. Nestled amidst a lush tropical landscape, a completely serene environment perfect for relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing.

For the Introduction to Detox Retreat, I experienced a holistic well-being program with advanced medical science, natural therapies, and nutritious plant-based cuisine to further reach my retreat goals.

Villa

During my stay, I stayed in the Palmera Glass Villa Suite and it has the most insane bathtub goals! Within close proximity to my room, the backyard has a beautiful gigantic tree and a zen bamboo garden for me to meditate and relax.

Treatments

One of the highlights of the retreat is the Advanced Brain Bio Feedback Session, through sensors and frequency exchanges, the machine is able to detect any organs that require healing and attention.

Besides the treatments that they offer and tailored specifically for my journey, they offer a wide range of programs that includes weight management, stress reduction, fitness enhancement, and rejuvenation. Where one can engage in various activities such as yoga, meditation, fitness classes, nature walks, and spa treatments.

Food

One of the great offerings of The Farm at San Benito is that they emphasize on organic and plant-based cuisine. The resort’s Alive! restaurant serves delicious and nutritious meals made from organic ingredients sourced from their own gardens and local farmers. The culinary offerings are designed to support detoxification, nourishment, and vitality.

Throughout my retreat, I was given 3 bottles of the juice cleanse and every bottle has specific functions to facilitate my detox journey. I felt so rejuvenated after each juice cleanse!

The Resort

In this magical space, you’d be delighted to know that you can spot different types of animals and birds roaming around The Farm. I encountered two white peacocks and they are magnificent and even saw one peacock in full glory! I never thought I would witness white peacocks since they are quite rare in the world.

Did you know that The Farm at San Benito also has a very special spiritual tree, the 300 Years Old Mango Tree that still bears fruits to date? Every evening between 5.30 pm-6 pm, the peafowl retreat to the tree and retire for the night before dawn breaks.

Even I managed to do some earthing while I’m there, to set my intention and send a little prayer to douse in the light and strong energy.

Conclusion

Overall, my stay there at The Farm at San Benito has been nothing short of wonderful. A great team of hosts, well-trained doctors, and holistic practitioners to assist you in your journey whatever you choose to do during your stay there at The Farm
