There’s nothing better than relaxing your body and mind and to go home rejuvenated. Be yourself in a relaxed, calm and inspiring environment. The yoga weeks are tailored for you to relax and recharge. You will be pampered and at the same time still maintain your privacy. Whatever you desire, everything is possible! The beautiful beaches of Kos, a wonderful massage and the various possibilities for hiking, cycling and swimming in the sea will make your vacation complete.
If you feel like it, in the evening you can go with the group to the thermal baths. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy. With the sun setting and the stars in the sky, it is wonderful to float in the warm water with the sounds of the mountain goats as the background.
A partner or friend who would like to come along without joining the yoga classes? They are more than welcome! They will receive the same package (accommodation, meals, etc) without the yoga. We can arrange other activities like surfing or horse back riding if they are up for it.

Yoga teachers Marja Bazuin, Tamara van Well, Eleni Valkanou and Eline van de Kam guide these week and teach several styles of yoga sessions, in the morning and in the late afternoon. The teachers will offer modifications for less and more experienced yogis.
Through your yoga practice you have the possibility to slow down, to be present and to get grounded. There are so many typs of yoga. As a yoga instructor I try to pick up my students where they are. As every human being is unique and every body is so different during my yoga classes you will get an idea which way fits to you. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
Yoga teaches me to allow and embrace all the experiences in life just as they are, back to being and it keeps me centered. It’s a way of life, to live life with an open kind heart’. Tamara teaches Yin, Restorative, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.

Yoga has made my life lighter. You do not have to be flexible, slim or experienced. If you can breathe, you can do Plates and yoga. It starts with the awareness of the breath. How are you breathing at the moment while reading this? Practising Pilates and yoga with attention and mildness, you learn to be more tolerant: both to oneself and to the environment. That makes life and the world a bit more beautiful☀️’ Gera teaches Pilates, Yin, Hatha and Poweryoga
Yoga strikes a fine balance between body and soul and offers the greatest benefits imaginable! Except for being yoga and Pilates instructor Eleni is a ballet teacher. 14 years ago when Eleni was firstly introduced to pilates and yoga, she immediately fell in love and – needless to say – never stopped practicing ever since.
A dream that came true: passing on the beautiful lifestyle of yoga. For many it starts as a physical exercise, and soon they find out what yoga does for them. It is that moment for yourself. In which you don’t have to share your attention with anyone else and can be completely focused on yourself. Malou teaches Yin, Hatha and Asthanga.
Yoga is much more than performing the asanas on the yogamat and during my yogaclasses, I will help you to find the beauty within yourself. Out of your comfort zone, this is where the magic happens’. Marja teaches Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Easy flow and Yin yoga.

Meditation with sunset at the Asklepion area is very special. This is the sacred place of Hippocrates, who was born in Kos around the year 460 BC. The unique atmosphere makes this meditation a special and unforgettable experience.
If you feel like it, one evening you can go with the group to the thermal baths. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy. With the sun setting and the stars in the sky, it is wonderful to float in the warm water with the sounds of the mountain goats as the background.
The Greek island of Kos is the second largest island in the Aegean Sea and is part of the Dodecanese archipelago. The island lies just off the coast of Turkey. Kos is a relatively small island: only 40 km in length and 8 km in width.
However, it is a popular Greek holiday destination as its coastline with beautiful wide sandy beaches and numerous beautiful cultural attractions, including the temple of Asklepion, offering the perfect setting for a holiday. Many people choose Kos as a destination for their holiday because of the beautiful varied nature and rich history. The island is flat and therefore Kos is nice to explore by bike. There are even cycle paths in nature around Kos town.
Kos town is the capital of the island and lies on the northeast side of the island. There are good ferry connections between Kos and Turkey and other Greek islands. Kos Island International Airport with daily flights to and from Athens International Airport and flights to and from international destinations from April to November.
Our guesthouse is located 50 meters above sea level, overlooking the dense forest of Asklepion, and farmlands around. From here we have a beautiful view over the Aegean sea. You can see the stunning sunset and moonrise. A real place of tranquility.
We are about 4 km from the center of Kos town. In the surroundings you’ll find the real Greek tavernas, where you can enjoy lunch in a local atmosphere and the wonderful hospitality of the Greek people.
The studios have a bathroom, a veranda or balcony and Wi-Fi is available. The four furnished tents have a single bed, shared bathroom or use the outdoor shower for those who want the ultimate holiday feeling. In the lush garden there are plenty of nice spots where you can read and relax in one of the hammocks.
During the weeks, there is a delicious and healthy breakfast, Greek style: freshly baked bread, different kind of cheese from the island, yogurt, nuts, and seasonal fruits from the garden and freshly squeezed juice. Tea and coffee is available all day.
Dinner is prepared on-site. Everything is fresh with as many local products as possible. The meals are vegetarian. If you have dietary requirements, please inform us. At dinner it’s ‘bring your own booze’. Always nice to taste newly discovered Greek wines from each other. The table is set, nice company and atmospheric lanterns with candles in the trees which creates a unforgettable evening.
