This retreat is designed for anyone who wants to focus on their yoga practice or just wants to disconnect from the hectic daily routine and enjoy a week in Mallorca surrounded by nature; a week long retreat full of yoga and mindful activities that would allow you to spend time with like-minded people.
During this retreat we´ll start our days with an Ashtanga yoga practice – this style focuses on the synchronicity of breath and movement and is an excellent way to detoxify your body and clear your mind. The classes will be Mysore style, where everybody receives personal attention and one to one classes in a group setting, which makes the practice suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Our nutrition specialist will prepare amazing and balanced daily menus based on organically grown ingredients that will nourish your body after the intense practice.
We always make sure there is plenty of free time to explore the beauty of the island, since this is your holiday! You can either go for a hike, explore the charming little towns near by, visit the amazing beaches around or try any of the activities that our experienced team organize. Also, Massages and other therapies are available upon request.
To end our days at the retreat – we will give talks about the practice in selected afternoons, have fun workshops and Yin Yoga classes that would end with a sunset meditation.

Balancing the structure of the daily classes and our shared meals is the freedom to follow your instincts and do whatever you please. You may want to simply relax and absorb the beautiful surroundings, lay by the pool with it’s stunning views, or get a massage. Or perhaps you would like to follow one of the hiking trails leading directly from the grounds into the Tramuntana Mountains, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011. A short drive away you will find several beautiful, quiet beaches and little picturesque towns to explore. Palma is close by if you want a taste of Mallorcan city life.

This old but renovated finca has 11 spacious rooms that are fully equipped in a simple and rustic style, the owners did a great job refurbishing it while maintaining its unique character and soul.
It is surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011 because of its scenic and cultural values and source of inspiration for artists of all nationalities.
Being located only 15 min away from Palma, 20 min away from the airport and well connected to all the main roads in the island makes it perfect for our retreats since our guests can enjoy different plans every day, from shopping and sightseeing in the beautiful centre of Palma, visiting picturesque little towns or going to the beach which is only 15 minutes away.
The house has a garden where every morning we pick up the products we´ll use and a pool with breathtaking views.

About Your Teacher
Pilar has been practicing different styles of yoga for years, but in 2014 she discovered Ashtanga Yoga and it put her life up side down. She instantly felt in love with the practice after experiencing how powerful and transformative it can be, as it becomes a meditation in movement. She quit her job in the international media field and decided to start traveling to India to deepen her studies. She completed several courses in India, and now she spends three months every year in Mysore to practice with her guru and teacher R. Sharath Jois. She has also studied with high profile teacher like Rolf and Marci Naujokat, Mark Robberds and Philippa Asher.
