To live with purpose is to align oneself with what makes you happy, what inspires you and drives you to be a better version of yourself. Through the connection of breath, movement, nature and the spirit we can dive deeper within and discover our truth. 

In yoga tradition, the subtle body is a part of you that you can not see or touch, it’s where your energy flows, which is why it is referred to as the energy body, with 7 main vortexes known as chakras.

During this week together we will follow the elements of the sacred body, awakening, and rebalancing through the chakras.

Each day we will begin with meditation followed by chakra inspired sequences that will reinforce our connection to our earth mother. With this foundation, we will rise with fluidity, creativity, confidence, love, truth, clarity and wisdom.

Afternoons will vary between yin, walking meditation, sacred dance, free time to journal, read, connect with friends or spend time by the pool or beaches. There is complimentary paddle boarding for those who love to be out at sea.

Our Unique Experience

Balancing the structure of the daily classes and our shared meals is the freedom to follow your instincts and do whatever you please. You may want to simply relax and absorb the beautiful surroundings, lay by the pool with it’s stunning views, or get a massage. Or perhaps you would like to follow one of the hiking trails leading directly from the grounds into the Tramuntana Mountains, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011. A short drive away you will find several beautiful, quiet beaches and little picturesque towns to explore. Palma is close by if you want a taste of Mallorcan city life.

This house is the perfect place for those who want to connect with nature and its quietness. As soon as we came in we could feel the special energy it has and we totally fell in love with it

This old but renovated finca has 11 spacious rooms that are fully equipped in a simple and rustic style, the owners did a great job refurbishing it while maintaining its unique character and soul.

It is surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011 because of its scenic and cultural values and source of inspiration for artists of all nationalities.

Being located only 15 min away from Palma, 20 min away from the airport and well connected to all the main roads in the island makes it perfect for our retreats since our guests can enjoy different plans every day, from shopping and sightseeing in the beautiful centre of Palma, visiting picturesque little towns or going to the beach which is only 15 minutes away.

The house has a garden where every morning we pick up the products we´ll use and a pool with breathtaking views.

About Your Teacher

Melissa is an experienced E-RYT500 yoga teacher and a Lululemon brand ambassador known for her dynamic Vinyasa flow classes and her integration of the philosophy of yoga into everyday life.

Melissa discovered yoga in 2004 during a transitional period of her life. In 2009, she made the decision to leave the security of regular employment and travelled to the Brahmani Centre in Goa for what was to become multiple teacher trainings with Julie Martin.

She has since been teaching Vinyasa flow in Dubai, with seasonal teaching travels to India. Her dedication to finding truth within herself translates into a commitment to teach yoga from a place of authenticity and integrity.

For Melissa, the practice of yoga increases self-awareness, creating a deeper relationship between the mind, body and spirit and cultivating peace and understanding in everyone’s life.

Melissa continues to expand the scope of her training both as a teacher and as a student. Her ongoing learning leads her each year around the world on various trainings, allowing her to deepen her empathy-driven style of teaching while sharing inspiration and encouragement with the likes of Shiva Rea and Rolf and Marci Naujokot.
