Khao Phra Taew Wildlife Park
Khao Phra Taew Wildlife ParkSet off on an exciting adventure, deep into the heart of Phuket’s last virgin rainforest at the Khao Phra Taew Wildlife Park. The park which is rich in exotic birds, animals and plants. It is also home to two scenic waterfalls and a gibbon sanctuary.
Old Phuket Town
Sino-Portuguese splendours and funky shops will surprise and delight you in the heart of Phuket’s provincial capital. Phuket Town offers some excellent restaurants and local sights. The unique blend of colonial and Chinese architecture along with a tangible quaintness makes for a fascinating and unforgettable afternoon spent sauntering around Phuket’s Old Town.
Phuket’s waterfalls are not the biggest in the country but they are interesting gathering places for those seeking a cool place for a dip or a picnic. Two large waterfalls, Ton Sai and Bang Pae, are both located in Khao Praew Thaew National Park in the north of Phuket near Thanyapura. The waterfalls are best visited in the monsoon season from May to October, and the surrounding jungle is great for trekking.

Dr. Narinthorn Surasinthorn has been a consultant in wellness and anti-aging medicine for almost 10 years. Dr. Narinthorn is presently practising Integrative Functional Medicine using nutrition, detoxification, bio-identical hormone replacement, aesthetic medicine and cellular regenerative products. His approach is holistic and takes care of the cause rather than the symptoms of the disease with a proactive approach.

Marcela Soto Prats is a Nutritionist and Dietitian, with a specialisation in Sports Nutrition. She earned her undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Costa Rica in 2008, then completed her master’s degree in Integrative Health and Human Movement in the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica in 2010 and a postgraduate degree in Integral Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Athletes and Sports Nutrition.
Nicole Bravata is a registered nurse from the United States with more than 13 years of nursing experience in intensive care and integrative oncology. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 2003.
Nicole Bravata is certified and experienced in therapies such as ozone and oxidative therapies, IPT, intravenous antioxidants including vitamin C, chelation, colon hydrotherapy, PEMF, and more.
Nicole Bravata’s experience working with patients healing from cancer has fueled her passion for preventative lifestyle modification, and she now is the clinic manager for Thanyapura Integrative Health Center and an educator for Thanyapura World.
Having a great passion in the field of neuroscience, he likes to integrate these concepts into meditation practice. He believes that much of our life is lived resisting and defending against internal and external experiences that people perceive as threats. Through the development of concentration and meditation, we can insightfully see that all experiences are harmless and there is no need to defend of contract around them.
Pierre has experience coordinating concentration and insight meditation retreats, teaching the relationship that exists between Buddhism and neuroscience.
Prior to focusing on mind practice, Pierre’s extensive background in economics saw him participate in assessing the eviction effect of government spending on big infrastructure projects and evaluating the costs involved in judicial conflicts and the real and financial impact of tourism events. He also contributed to the financial flow economic review of Canada’s banking sector and the estimation of the impact of a modification of the Retirement Registered Saving Plan of Canada (RRSP) on the balance of payment of the country (impact on the outflow of capital).
