Audrey D’Cotta – Senior Instructor

Audrey is the director and architect behind The Moving Body – a culmination of her decade of fitness, personal training and Pilates experience. She remains an ardent student and purveyor of Pilates. A mother of 2, Audrey has taken a keen interest in working with pre/post natal women. Having exercised through both her pregnancies, she has experienced the benefits of exercise for both mother and child from pregnancy, to delivery and beyond.

Atsuko Hussain – Instructor

Atsuko believes exercising is a way of life. Living an active lifestyle, Atsuko has also incorporated Pilates into her fitness regime. She finds it the best way to strengthen her body and maintain a balanced body and mind. Atsuko is also interested in Pilates as a form of rehabilitation and does voluntary teaching at ABLE (Ability Beyond Limitation and Expectations).

Kimberly Tan – Instructor

Kimberly’s passion for Pilates was sparked from her interest in running and sports conditioning – learning from various sources on improving running techniques and proper nutrition to build up and recovery for events. Having first-hand experience with the benefits of Pilates as well as a deeper calling to reach out to people, Kimberly hopes to make use of her knowledge to help people achieve their fitness goals.

Svetlana De Jong – Instructor

It was through the discovery of Pilates that allowed Svetlana to correct her posture, eliminate muscle tension, regain strength in her spine and abdominals and start enjoying a pain-free life, without any surgery. Svetlana strives to make each class challenging yet fun, bringing in a smile and positive energy and leaving her clients feeling fit and strong after each session.

Wany Misban – Instructor

Wany enjoys experiencing and experimenting with different types of training to understand what works best for different individuals. She believes in a holistic approach to training – a good amount of mobility, strength and endurance. Even though she teaches various types of fitness programmes, she incorporates the underlying Pilates principles of breath, alignment and Core stabilisation in her sessions.
