The One-Bedroom Suite rate is $20 per day added to the Private Room rate. A second adult guest is charged at the Shared rate.

Teachers’ Profile

Samahita’s founder, Paul Dallaghan, has spent over 20 years immersed in the yoga practices and brings this experience to the offering of yoga classes at Samahita. He has become one of the most senior teachers worldwide in the breath (pranayama) yogic practices and was one of the dedicated few to spend many years living in Mysore with Pattabhi Jois in the old days of ashtanga vinyasa, certified by him, with an expertise in asana. Added to that has been early practice experience in many other asana methods as well as other physical activity forms of work out. Above all though, a deep yogic understanding of how and why to do asana and use the breath lies behind Samahita’s Dynamic and Restorative forms of yoga asana practice.

Breathwork, pranayama, and meditation classes also feature as part of the yoga program within YogaCoreCycle, additional to these dynamic and restorative yoga-asana classes.

In addition to attending YogaCoreCycle program, these are the breakdown of The Flow of Elements in a Brain Health Upgrade Session.

Step one: light therapy to enhance your cellular energy level, so you feel better and your brain can work better.

When your brain works better you will do everything with much greater involvement and energy.

Step two: brainwave modulation through Audio-Visual Entrainment so you enter complete relaxation and cultivate the meditator’s mind.

AVE stimulates certain brainwave states, in particular the alpha range, to improve brain function, reduce inflammation in the brain, help you think better and behave nicer.

Step three: a targeted meditation session with biofeedback to let you know the state of your mind and how you are actually doing as you sit and attempt meditative practice.

Step four: one-on-one sitting and guidance with one of Samahita’s senior teachers, discussion on anything that may have arisen through the session, and support to help understand the process and keep at it.
