Overview

Om & Away

The cancellation policies of each retreat are in accordance with each individual retreat. Om & Away’s customers will follow the same cancellation policy as the retreat that is purchased.
If the cancellation is made before Om & Away processes the payments to the retreat providers, Om & Away would refund the amount to the guest, less 4% processing fee. For example:

1) If the refund is 100%, we will refund 96% of the retreat fee back to the customer.

2) If the refund is 50% to the customer. Om & Away will deduct 12% of the remaining amount as commission and 4% (of retreat price) processing fee. 41% will be paid to the retreat provider.
3) If the cancellation is made after Om & Away processes the payments to the retreat owners, the retreat owners are solely responsible for the refund of the retreat fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
